UPPAbaby travel program gives you additional peace of mind while travelling with your UPPAbaby pram. The Travelsafe Program guarantees your stroller, rumble seat and carrycot during any air travel. Any damage caused to your gear during air travel will be covered by UPPAbaby, please ensure you have registered your travel bag online prior to travelling. 

How It Works:

• Register your gear and travel bag on the UPPAbaby website

How To Make A Claim:

• Provide UPPAbaby the following information within 14 days of returning: Name, Address, Serial Number of gear and travel bag
• Image of damage
• Proof of travel with departure/return dates such as a boarding pass, baggage ticket or flight confirmation
• UPPAbaby will not replace if the airline has lost your gear
• Proof of purchase is required when you make a claim
